It’s been 12 years since our branch hosted a conference and created a DVD that focused on the “creative brain” of many dyslexics – all as a result of our collaboration with author Thomas G. West. This month West released a book titled, Seeing What Others Cannot See that, like his signature book In the Mind’s Eye (1991), draws on first person accounts of highly accomplished people with dyslexia and other challenges who all share the gift of “seeing what others cannot see.”
